What does a Connecticut season look like?

Can a porta potty work in a Connecticut winter?
Yes. In freezing weather we add a salt brine to the tank so it doesn't freeze, and sink units are swapped for standard units with sanitizer. Keep a shoveled path and keep the unit out of the plow line.
