Restroom trailer or deluxe units?
Pick a restroom trailer when the site has a hose spigot, an outlet and level ground, and the party runs into the night. Pick deluxe porta potties with sinks for fields, beaches and barns without power. Either way, add one accessible unit if any guest uses a wheelchair.
| Restroom trailer | Deluxe units | |
|---|---|---|
| Feel | Real bathroom, lights, A/C | Clean single units with a sink |
| Site needs | Water, power, truck access, level spot | Firm ground near the drive |
| Best for | Estates, big backyards, venues with power | Fields, barns, shoreline lots |

How many restrooms for a wedding?
A 150-guest wedding running 5 hours with an open bar needs 7 toilets by our count: 3 for the guests, 2 for the longer day and 2 for the bar. A 4-stall trailer plus 1 accessible unit covers the same crowd.
Need it on site today?
Call before noon and dispatch can usually put you on today's truck. You get the full price — delivery, pickup, fuel, tax — before you pay.
Where should wedding restrooms go?
About 100 to 150 feet from the tables, downwind, behind the tent or the garage, with a lit path after dark. Restroom trailers need the truck to get in, so place them before the tent goes up.

Getting married around a holiday?
Drivers don't run on holidays, so a wedding the day after Christmas or on Labor Day weekend needs an earlier drop. Book as soon as the date is set.

Questions callers asked about this
How many stalls should a restroom trailer have?
Plan roughly one stall per 50 guests. A 2-stall trailer suits about 100 guests; a 4-stall about 200. Drinks push the number up.
Do you have a double unit — one side for men, one for ladies?
The simplest answer is two units side by side, or a two-stall restroom trailer if the site has power and water.
Is there any lighting inside? Our party runs until midnight.
Standard units have a translucent roof that lets in daylight but no lights. For night events, hang a battery-powered light inside, or choose a restroom trailer, which has built-in lighting.
