Quotes & payment

Quotes list the unit, billing period, delivery and pickup, fuel or card fees, servicing and Connecticut sales tax.
Orders are paid by credit or debit card when booked. Drivers don't collect payment.
Approved business, municipal and church accounts may pay by check against an invoice.
Exempt organizations must provide a valid exemption certificate before tax is removed.

Event & monthly billing

Event rentals are one flat price covering delivery, the event and pickup on the next business day.
Monthly rentals bill every 28 days and include one service visit per week.
Monthly rentals renew until you call for pickup; billing stops on the pickup date.
No early-termination fee.

Cancellations & changes

Cancel more than 48 hours before delivery for a full refund, usually back on your card in 7–10 business days.
Cancellations inside 48 hours may carry a fee.
Same-day orders can't be refunded once the truck is dispatched.
Changes to date, unit or quantity can be made up to 48 hours before delivery, subject to availability.

Site access

We commit to a delivery day, not a time; drivers call ahead.
You provide firm, level ground within about 15 feet of where the truck can stop, a clear path and any gate code.
If the unit can't be placed because the site isn't accessible, a return-trip charge may apply.
Trucks are not permitted on the Merritt Parkway; delivery timing reflects alternate routes.

Care, damage & pickup

You're responsible for theft, vandalism, fire or misuse while the unit is on your site; normal wear is ours.
Don't move a unit with waste in it, or move it beyond the truck's reach.
Report tipped or damaged units right away.
Call one to two business days ahead to end a monthly rental.
