A Bridgeport yard, not a call center
Charles Rental Works operates from 248 Island Brook Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06606, USA. The dispatcher who answers (475) 317-5899 books the order, routes the truck and handles the weekly service and the pickup — no brokers, no third-party crews, no invoice from a company you've never heard of.
One yard
North End, off Routes 8 and 25.

Why we run it this way
The 150 calls we reviewed kept repeating the same complaints: hold music, dropped transfers, invoices from a different company name, and fees that showed up after the quote. Seventeen callers asked outright whether the company was local. Ours is.
