No Street Address? How We Deliver to a Pin
One in eight callers in our reviewed calls had no usable address. Parks, ball fields, new subdivisions, cemeteries, farms, an Army range. Here's how to get a unit there anyway.
What can I send instead of an address?
A dropped map pin, GPS coordinates, a parcel number or the address of the nearest building plus directions. Text or email it to dispatch when you book.
What should the directions include?
A landmark, the turn-off, the surface (paved, gravel, grass), any gate code, and a warning if GPS sends drivers the wrong way — it happens on camp roads and new streets.

- Road surface and any soft ground
- An on-site phone number
Will the driver call?
Yes. The driver calls about 20–30 minutes out and again if the pin and the road don't match.
Can the unit go anywhere on a field?
It has to be within about 15 feet of where the truck can stop, on firm ground. On soft fields after rain, pick a spot near the gravel.
Need a toilet in Bridgeport?
Call before noon and dispatch can usually put you on today's truck. You get the full price — delivery, pickup, fuel, tax — before you pay.
